Implement IO Module for MzMLb, A Space- and Time-efficient Data Format for Mass Spectrometry Data

This is the weekly development report blog for “Implement IO Module for MzMLb, A Space- and Time-efficient Data Format for Mass Spectrometry Data“, a Google Summer of Code (GSoC) 2022 project. The project is affiliated under Open Bioinformatics Foundation.

The project will be developed by “Matchy” (GitHub: matchy233) and supervised by Timos Sachsenberg (Github: timosachsenberg) and Julianus Pfeuffer (Github: jpfeuffer), who are core developers of OpenMS, an open-source C++ software for LC-MS data management and analyses.
